Our family had an amazing time during our ski holiday in Austria. the hotel's location was unbeatable with ski lifts and a supermarket right around the corner. Our spacious room had comfortable beds and a clean, modern bathroom. the friendly staff made us feel welcome and went above and beyond to help us plan activities. We loved the abundant breakfast options and the beautiful presentation. the hotel's indoor bar had a vibrant atmosphere with live music. the sauna area was a relaxing retreat after a day on the slopes.

The outdoor bar area near the hotel could be noisy at times, but it didn't affect our overall positive experience.

Great location, close to the lifts and in the heart of town. the breakfast was impressive with plenty of variety and good quality products. the staff was very friendly and welcoming, always willing to help. We enjoyed the traditional Christmas dinner, which was delicious and well prepared.

The walls and floors were thin, making it easy to hear the noises from other rooms and the street outside. the spa wasn't very good, with limited facilities and the treatments were expensive.
